You breathe in Air (78% Nitrogen, 21% Oxygen and other trace gasses including CO2).
You breathe out air also, but with a slightly lower Oxygen content and a higher CO2 content.
The reason you still breathe out Oxygen is because we don't have a 100% efficient respiratory system.

your body, tho gorgeous, is not able to utilize all of the oxygen it inhales, the lungs act as a filter, the better the health of your lungs, the more oxygen you absorb. If you smoke and your lungs are filled with crap and big empty spaces then you exhale more oxygen.
carbon dioxide is like what's left over from the air that you inhale, the waste.

You don't inhale exhale pure oxygen, and you exhale carbon dioxide. Most of the air you breathe is nitrogen (70%+) and only about 5-10% oxygen. Your body absorbs oxygen, and you exhale carbon dioxide.

Can't explain a false assumption. Except to say you got your facts wrong.
PS- They don't breath oxygen in India and don't you forget it.

Technically it's a mix of mostly nitrogen then O2 and a few other trace gasses, when you exhale your body isn't able to use all the O2 that you inhaled, so it gets exhaled
