You *really* need to learn some history. We provided him with Conventional weaponry when Iran started to invade Iraq. During this time, Saddam used his own resources to build biochemical weapons, and tested them on his own people. These bombings are not hear-say, we have videos, there are accounts. This is history. If you don't like it, too bad.
