Most likely it's a fan belt. When you first start the car the belt is going to be stiff and cold. As it warms up it will become more flexible and shouldn't squeal. Of course this could also be an indication that it's time to replace the belt.
If the squealing only happens when the car is cold, it's probably nothing to worry about.

I'm betting it is some drive belts for the AC, power steering, etc...I have had this happen before and it annoys the **** out of me, but it happens in the rainy, wet, cold, snowy winter months.
You could always try tightening them.

Could it be one of your belts? Try some belt dressing, you can pick it up at any auto parts store, Wal-Mart, etc. for about $2 - $3. Good luck

Probably a loose belt. Not a big deal to fix. Local garage would charge a few bucks to get that fixed up for you.

Do not use a belt dressing on a serpentine belt as one other said to, you will end up replacing it later.

Your belts are moist.
They dry up when the car is warm and driven.
