Oprah has lost some of her popularity and the "Black Angel" image she once held (that's another discussion entirely). But I'm not sure she is going to help or hinder his campaign.
If she does help then more power to them. I don't have strong feelings one way or another about TV or Movie stars backing candidates. One of our Presidents WAS an actor after all. I really have no opinion about who should or should not back who...except that I don't think the government should throw money at the Coke and Pepsi parties like it does.

If she wants to back him because she believes that what he stands for is good, then yes.
BUT . .
If she is behind him because he is black then NO.
She has so much pull on peoples decissions that she could influence a lot of people to vote for a man more corrupt than the last.
Look at the effect she had on the beef industry. There is nothing wrong about being black and running for president, but dont choose him just cuz of skin color. And I think that is what is happening here.

I think that every time she mentions him on air should be required to be considered a personal donation to hnis campaign and should hold at least the same value as a paid commercial which would mean that she has already contributed more than the legal limit. That is just an opinion btw

Obamba scares me, his ideas and how he thinks. i desire all human beings see it a similar. the different day he promised to "fire all human beings interior the administration" and hire his own human beings and "do it his way" It sounds extra like Argentinas Chevez speaking. Now Oprah has jumped on the band wagon. Why? I see the increasing of Black activists and a few thing we would unlike down the line.

Of course she should...everyone in American should get involved, if they like a particular candidate. She will probably help him in IA and SC (based on demographics)...dunno about NH.

Yeah, why not? Other people support presidential candidates. That's what it's all about. I think her presence will probably have a generally positive effect. She's extremely popular and people listen to her (for better or for worse.)

She should if she wants to. I'll bet the most popular, richest woman on the planet would be an asset.

Why not? She is an American first before anything else and has a right to endorse whomever she wishes.
