I'm just wondering because I am really pale and I bruise really, really easily, like if I walk into a table I'll be black and blue for a week.
So just curious, thanks for the help!

Absolutely! Pale skin is thinner and more fragile than darker skin. Also, the pale skin makes the bruise easier to see since it is more transparent.
Hope this helps...
Fair-skinned folks are more likely to see frequent bruises due to the fact that their vessels show more clearly through their pale skin. Also, those with type-O tend to bruise more easily due to the chemical composition of O-blood cells.

Applying ice first for about 15 minutes right after injury can help lessen the bruise. After that, apply heat, then cold and keep alternating to disperse the bruise. Vitamin K (spinach, brussels sprouts, grapefruit ) may also help lessen severity when added to the diet.

Bruises show up more on pale people.
Bruising occurs when an injury causes bleeding under the skin.
Increase your intake of green leafy veggies and whole grains. Take a multi-vitamen. Avoid asprin and ibuprophen products.

I wouldnt think so. Being pale just means that your skin produces less melanin to give it more colour.
Bruising can be hereditary so prehaps thats why your more prone to bruising then others. Also, as you have a pale skin tone i guess the blood vessels must show up more clearly through the skin then people with darker skin.

There is 'healthy' pale as a natural skin tone and 'unhealthy pale' caused by insufficient nutrition.

Bruises are more obvious on pale skin than they are on darker skin, but people with a dark skin will also bruise easily with insufficient nutrition.

PS: Try walking around the table? ;-)

Bruises are much easier to see on pale skin. Also, if you take a lot of aspirin or ibuprofen products this thins the blood and makes skin bruise more easily.

Try to eat more carrots[vitamin K]. :)

being pale could coincide with other blood problems such as low platelet counts. these are the cells that help your blood clot. but it is more likely that you just are better able to see the bruising that most people get when there is an injury, because you are pale
