Bottom line, Isiah has not gotten the job done, and unless the Knicks can make some miraculous turnaround this season, there is no question he should be fired (i'm shocked he has lasted this long). But the real problem is not Isiah, but the owner, James "Spoiled Rich Boy" Dolan. He's the one making these decisions, and letting Isiah "destroy" the Knicks like you said. Now, he is supposedly saying that Isiah's job is "safe", because most of the Eastern Conference sucks anyway (wish that would work at my job!). We, as Knicks fans, are screwed because the only thing Dolan seems to care about is making money, and if you didn't know, the Knicks are still the most valuable Franchise in the NBA. Unless, Dolan starts feeling it in his wallet, he will do whatever he wants regardless of how much fans suffer!

Obviously, you do not know your basketball. He did not destroy the Knicks. He inherited a destroyed team from the previous GM. This was the first team that he was actually able to put together for the Knicks. The GM before him picked a lot of players and paid them large salaries that they were still receiving when they so called retired. Isaiah inherited all of those issues when he accepted the GM position. We need to give him a chance.

I didn't see you guys saying fire Danny Aignes last year.

Dont forget, he also destroyed the Raptors while they were still young and naive. I have so much respect for Thomas as a player, but he has no business (and this has been proven twice now) as a GM/coach. I think he's only hurting his rep by continuing to put himself in these positions and failing miserably at them. Knicks ownership need to smarten up and start shopping for NBA coaches.

No. Thomas keeps his activity by way of fact Madison sq. backyard business corporation--who own the Knicks--vehemently help Thomas' innocence and defiantly will attraction. The award isn't something yet a irksome small trojan horse chew to MSG--this is the critical that's the concern....and doubtless the judgement desires to be challenged. Any sexual harassment courtroom lawsuit awards consistent with "she pronounced / he pronounced"--w/ NO audio or video taped information is overbearingly suspicious and can lead one to logically suspect undertable pay-ola could be at play right here. And sexual harassment claims, for the main section, are specifically completed the two out of racial spite or political spite: If a girl can not make it interior the corporation worldwide--sue for sexual harassment and lead them to pay. that's the recent message sexual harassment is making---and this is the incorrect message!

It's a long season and The Knicks still have a good chance of making it in the playoffs. The whole NBA besides a couple of teams are playing below expectation. So his job is safe until everybody starts to pull away.

I have never been a big Isiah fan, as a coach, and would be very surprised if he survives another bad year.

I liked him as a player but he sure doesn't seem to know what he is doing in management. Ego maybe?
