Contact Avon for the manufacturer. They may be able to assist you with parts and there may be a warranty on the fiber optical unit.

I sold avon for 14 years...if this is this years item, call your avon rep and let her handle it for you...if it's not this years item, ask any avon rep to check on this item for you with the company or give you an 1-800 # to do this.
