No, thats another one of societies arbitrary standards that you feel obliged to abide by for no other reason then to fit in.
If you are unhappy over Christmas then so be it, if you're happy then all the better and if your nice all the time then the point is moot really.

hell no lol Christmas is a time when you're either genuinely nice (to family and people you care about), or you're an asshole to others because they get nuts lol people get so crazy during the christmas season! Why, just the other day a little old woman with gray hair, about 5'4'' pushed me out of the way with her cart at kmart lol I was just walking around! she was really mean..If she wasnt so old i woulda punched her lol

i do nothing out of the way for anyone. Christmas is not Christmas of years past that involved family and friends. Today its all about spending money you do not have on credit because you feel you have to.

i was just going to say no you should be nice all the time but you got there first i think its harder to be horrid much less work being nice
