Has anyone had a tummy tuck and then got dogs ears? or had the correction for it?

dogs ears being the fatty deposits at the end of the suture lines where the both sides of the missmatched skin meet up, a downfall of a tummy tuck, i am 28 and had mine done in prague and they were present when i went to get my stitches removed 2 weeks later, and the doctor explained to me after six months if they were still there it is a case of leaving and accepting, or extension of the suture line with lipo.
I decided to reasearch this and found that sometimes its bad judjement of the surgeon of where to start and end the incision and the persons skin type, i can honestly say that my tummy is much better that what it was as i combined it with lipo of the waist and tummy, but now i wished i had lipo on my hips and if i go back for correction i will have to get this done as i feel so down about it, the point to me was being able to wear low cut jeans and skimpy underwear not control knickers of which i am still wearing to flatten my hips out, i know i can get it corrected though.

OR HAD A TUMMY TUCK AND WAS IT A GOOD OUTCOME?
