depends on which model you choose.. but i suggest you to get the ipod nano which is 149 for the 4gb version and 199 for the 8gb version.. check it out at www.apple.com

They start at about $75 at Walmart for the iPod "Shuffle" - which has no digital display and limited navigational capabilities.
At the high end is the iPod Touch for about $300 that has a touch screen 4Gb-80Gb storage capacity, wireless internet, etc.
