No don't skip your walking. The only thing you should worry about is being in a forest alone. ( Bears can smell blood) If you are not in a forest alone then go for your walk. It will actually help with cramps and mood swings.

Go for the walk, ride a bike horse or watever.
Swiming is the only problem but not if you use tampons

For me, the walking helps with cramps, and slows the flow down.

Of course you can.

You can do ANYTHING during your period (however if you go in the water you must wear a tampon).
