I don't think so. I think that they're focused on the effect of their games, not on the damage that they do. It's like the mentality behind whipping a horse. As long as the horse moves in the direction you want it to, then the discomfort caused isn't really important.

I don't think that these people actually understand just what they are doing, though. It is easy from the other side to say that it is done intentionally to hurt, but I personally do not think so. There is another motive to the games; the hurt is an affect of the game.
I'm sure that there are some sadistic B's out there, male and female, who get off on demoralizing others; may they rest in peace when the time comes.

People of both genders are good at mind games. You can't blame just the guys on this one. And not ALL men or ALL women play games. It's probably a small percentage for either sex, but are statistically heavier with those under 25 years old.

No because they do not care if they hurt others because they are hurting and they want to draw you into their pain as long as you play you will suffer the same consequences of their pain by enabling the behavior do not play their hurtful unconscious game that is what they want you to do show them that you can rise above this and in the end you are aware but you will transcend their behavior it works it does :)))

Only if they are aware they are playing mind games in the first place, and they usually are not. Denial, denial... I've tried playing a few games myself intentionally, but I ended up hurting no one but myself in the end.

I know they're hurtful, but sometimes I it appears as if I'm playing games, though really I'm just not that very open... I've gotten negative responses to this in the past...

Mind games are such a funny topic really because it is human nature to play them. We are almost compelled I think. For example if a guy really likes us, they become unattractive to us but if they don't show much interest, we just go silly for them. Strange huh?

I think they DON'T CARE how hurtful they are.
They are the epitome of selfishness, and manipulative.
