my driveway is 300 feet long and uphill...it's a sheet of ice...what am i gonna do...crawl and use the trees for leverage?

If your driving, park your car on the street and take a head first running dive and slide down the driveway into the house. Hopefuly you have ice melting solution to scatter over the driveway and once the ice melts...drive in baby!! Ho! Ho! Ho!

I really hate ice. I had to drive to my daughter's this moring. It usually takes me 55 minutes. today it took me an hour and 20 minutes. I was SO afraid of black ice on the highway!

so just park at the end of the driveway and walk...or crash in the car for the night...

sprinkle some salt on the driveway; should solve your problem and avoid having to rely on the kindness of strangers

C'mon over...the more the merrier...I hope you're okay with cats - we have two - an 11 year old that can't go to school because he had limb lengthening surgery and helping with the laundry....:)
