nope you are not heavy...i think you're just right....that's one advantage of being young....you easily burn and convert to energy what you put in your body...
but its never too early to start taking care of yourself...as you get older, your metabolism slows down, so you store what you eat as fat in the body....eat smart....engage in sports and see a healthier you!

:-O woah, ur 13. in ur avitar you look 18! you are a perfectly healthy weight, even some with a lager weight can acctually be healthy (i'm 15, 172cm and 62 kg- my weight may annoy me, but truth be told, I have came to realise I look better now then I did when i was light, I was totally flat-chested and had no figure). Don't get obbessed with weight- exercise and eating healthy is what's important. So in cocnclusion- no you are not heavy. lol, maybe I should of just said that? :-P

Yes I do. Don't listen to that your young stuff. If you don't start creating good habits now when you get into your twenties then your going to have weight problems for real. The most important thing is to be active and try to keep you metabolism fast.
