I brush my teeth first and then wash my face, including washing off any toothpaste that was left on it. My friend washes his face in the shower and cleans his teeth in there too, leaving streaks of toothpaste down the plastic shower curtain. His partner threatened to do a "Psycho" scene.

I wash my face after I brush my teeth, but when I take a shower I don't need to wash my face after I brush my teeth because I was my face in the shower with special facial soap.
