Traditionaly ! My family takes turns and usually it is very moist. This year since we are all grown we are having tacos !

If it's dry it's overcooked. I've cooked my own turkey for the past 10 yrs, it's Martha Stewart style. It ain't Christmas dinner without a turkey and all the goods on the table in my house.

Yes, usually cook a turkey breast and a 'Spiral Virginia Ham'. Nothin' like a choice.

Usually, we have turkey on Thanksgiving, and leg of lamb for Christmas...
