I'm going through the same thing right now, so now i'm saving up the money i have tryed to do everything but has got me no where, so just save and best of luck

You save or borrow the money.If there is abuse involved there are places that will help you with this.I live in Ar and i went through a place called Ozark Legal Counseling and since there was abuse involved and bruises to prove it with all the pictures.I got my divorce for $100 and $25.00 for the delivery of the papers to him + a restraining order.I also got soul custody of both my kids and child support granted.Of course he don't pay. There is help out there . You just have to make a whole lot of phone calls and search around a bit.

im not sure but i think that if you 2 have been appart for some time the divorce is automatic and if is not then i guess try saving some money or wait till you get your taxes. good luck

Legal aid society in every state. You can file an uncontested divorce in many states for less than 100 dollars.

Most attorney's would jump all over this on a contingency base case if there is alot of equity involved. If there is not however you must start saving some money

Also depending on any violence in your divorce can result in legal aid. I know child recovery enforcment can help in some areas reguarding this matter, depending in which state you reside in.

sounds strange why did you get married with no money it was headed for failure before it really got started save no one give divorce on credit are layaway

Legal Aid. They help you for nothing but when you devide everything up eg sell your house they take their fees from your half. good luck
