If this was a question to the extent of expressing love, I agree with the first one, saying "I love you" would be the cheapest. Some people have to PAY for sex which is obviously more expensive.

honestly it depends on if whether you truly love the person or not, or if you are just telling them i love you to get some. Sex is a beautiful t hing and should be natural in a realtionship but it depends on where the relationship stands. And in my experience,sex for a man is the way he expresses a lot of things!! Mainly love/attention.

Actually, sex will cost you much much more than you might think it would.
First, you want to know how much of our economy is generated by the pursuit of sex? By the time a man earns a chance at sex with a woman he's usually spent hundreds of dollars for his clothes, his vehicle, her meals, entertainment, gifts for her and more.
Next, sex comes with an encyclopedia full of emotional entanglements, responsibilities, duties to one's partner, and more.
Not to mention the universe of pregnancy/childbirth/ parenting responsiilities.
Sex, in any form, is pretty darned expensive.

If it's used to express love, it can be the costliest (emotionally)...but sex isn't directly related to love (but recreation and procreation). There can be costs there too (pregnancy, STDs, etc).
