I'd get rid of the fact its actually not reality. If it's reality TV then that means no script, none of it should be planned

The producers could not say anything to the contestants to make them act, do, or say certain things. There would be more variety in contestants........different ages, races, and backgrounds. It seems like on most shows all the contestants except one or two look like models. None of them would be asked by producers to be on the show unless they apply.
Oops, that is more than one thing, but I couldn't pick just one.

I'd probably just get rid of most of them. Although they are "reality" shows, I fail to see anything realistic at all.
