The "General Confederation of Workers" union has called for a 24-hour general strike in Greece for Tuesday, July 26th. If the strike goes off as its organizers intend, almost all forms of transportation including buses and trains will be affected and most Olympic Airlines flights will be cancelled or severely limited. Taxis should still be running but good luck on finding one; be willing to share. If you are checking the Olympic Airlines website for flight information, click on "Online Services" and then choose "Athens Airport".
