Haha if it is strange...then I'm guilty of being weird.
I've had crushes on at least one male character of every anime I've watched. They're just so sexy *sigh*. So perfect. So...so....not real...damn.

i dont think so, even though the character is not a real human being, the character may possess personality traits and physical traits that you find attractive in people in real life. So, it´s a good thing really because you know what type of person you are interested in.
The only problem that could arise is you become infatuated with someone that doesn´t really exist and you will never be able to have a relationship with a cartoon character.

x. i have loved mickey for many many years, his good looks, his sense of humour the way he wears those gloves, may i had Michael Jackson tried to copy him but just doesn't wear them with the same charisma. so yes you can have a crush on a cartoon character.

if it's an anime character than no, but if it's a cartoon character then yes....cuz they all look hideously deformed like Jimmy Neutron, his head's bigger than his body.
