BRIDGES! I get so uneasy on bridges! I'm talking cold sweats, nervousness, won't answer phone or change radio, both hands on steering wheel, can't speak nervous!
When I was little I would crawl down onto the floorboards so I couldn't see off the bridge. When i got older it got a little better & I was better at hiding it, but now that I have a daughter it has gotten bad again. When I get on a bridge I mentally start making a checklist of what I have to do to save my daughter & myself.
Basically I don't drive on big Bridges at all, I'm so nervous that I don't want to risk an accident because I have no business driving on the bridge with it making me as scared as it does. It's too dangerous for myself & other drivers. If I have to ride over one I sit in the back seat with my daughter. I learn which bridges are ok & which ones I avoid at all costs. (seriously I have missed funerals over bridges I would have to take to get there) I have even gotte out of the car and walked across some, my best friend has suggested I get a past life reading, she is convinced I previously died ona bridge. Also, I found out after my grandmothers death that SHE was deathly afraid of bridges, I never knew, kinda weird something like that could have possibly been passed on...hmm...
Basically I have adapted over the years and I make it my business to stay off bridges, especially the Causeway & the Huey P. Long.

The dark and small spaces. When i was about 11 or 12 i would wake up on christmas day at 2 or 3 in the morning. it was pitch black in my room and i used to be so scared that i would have to run and turn the light on.i could't get back to sleep because the light was in my eyes. but if i turned the light off i would lay in bed panicking. it was horrible.
I'm 14 now and i still don't like either of them but i'm not as scared as i used to be. i still don't like small spaces though. elevators, under the bed etc. and hide-and-seek was the WORST game ever!
