Art is a very amorphous standard.
Some people would call comic books art and others wouldn't. Some would call impressionism art, and others would laugh at the look of it. Its all about opinion.
I personally think porn is not.

Yes,I think it can be when made in the right way,Ex- a scene with two beautiful women making love on a beautiful set,Ex- I don't think you could consider some of the really odd things filmed art,such as underaged children being filmed.
