My poem???

Question

Can you give any suggestions on how to make it better. It's not amazing, but I still love it (like a child lolo) <3.

Good Enough

Golden days of pride and glory, now rusted to the core.

I try to find my way through life, I try but always fall.

Rancid words thrown at me, with eyes of cloudy glear,

what path shall I create, it now looks like one of tears.

Below the line of happiness, is where now I lay,

and yet I do feel good enough, Is this good enough today?



After all the glory, after all the pain,

will I settle for just average, was it all in vain?

Amazing feats I will accomplish, I'll just give it some time (?),

break away from expectations, never surrender to design!

So much is empty, so much unexplained,

And yet I do feel good enough? Good enough today.

i think thets a great poem and pls do not change anything in it .it's already got a deep feel about it and its impressive i

Check my submission in questions from yesterday.

GREAT/GOOD/ etc. are relative words. Judging anothers expression of emotions is difficult at best; pompous at worst.

Certainly many come here asking "How is it?" "Do you like it?"

The more important questions; for you; might be; " Do I like it?" "What gave birth to it?" "What does it do for me?" "What am I trying to say?"
