For those who do not know or understand the rules of cricket.

There are two teams, one in, one out,
the team thats out tries to get the team thats in, out,
then the team thats in go out, and the team thats out go in,
then the team that was in, but now out, try to get the team that was out, but now in, out,
When the team thats out get the in team out, they go in again and the team thats gone out try to get the in team out agian.

The team with the most runs wins.

Simple really. now if I can just get someone to explain the rules of baseball to me...............

Right, that's about my understanding of it too !
For baseball think back to school and imagine rounders - pretty much the same but with a lot more attitude !

The ins and outs of baseball are pretty much the same.

The team out in the field is trying to get the other team out so they can go out in the field. They take turns being out in the field trying to get each other out before either gets any runs in. The object is to get the other team to run out of outs before they get any runs in. After doing this nine times, the team with the most runs in is the winner and the other team is left out in the cold.

Simple as cricket really.

Even though people say it's similar ro cricket, baseball is a lot different from cricket. Read through the source. If you have access to watch a baseball game on TV, watching a few games will make you understand it better.
