Kidding, but seriously, you need to be more of an extrovert. Its a people position, so it needs a people person to fill it.
If you really, really aren't extroverted, don't worry about it too much, because if you're courteous and knowledgeable, you'll still do pretty well. After a while, you'll probably break out of your shell.

Yes, they are usually the kind of people who can turn on for work but then need a lot of down time/alone time after work to recharge.
