OK. First of all, the concerto is written for an instrument and orchestra. Chamber music is written for different types of ensembles. The Beethoven concertos are for complete orchestra (strings, winds and timpani).
The Four Temperaments are written for piano and strings.
Beside a few concertos for piano and strings (del_icious_manager was speaking about them), Mozart has three quartets for piano, violin, viola and cello.

Your question is vague, confusing and unclear. This makes it very difficult to answer your question accurately

I think you are asking if there are any arrangements of piano concertos for piano quintet. As far as I know, this is the situation:
Mozart's 3 piano concertos No 11 in F (K 413), No 12 in A (K 414) and No 13 in C (K 415) were designed by Mozart to be playable either with an orchestra or just piano accompanied by a string quartet. Another earlier concerto, No 14 in E flat (K 449) is also playable in this way.

While the light scoring of these Mozart concertos allows the reduced versions to work well, Beethoven is quite another matter - even in his early Piano Concerto No 2 (actually the first to be written). I am not aware that such reductions exist for any of the Beethoven piano concertos.

Being scored for piano and string orchestra, it is possible that there is a version of 'The Four Temperaments' which can be performed by piano quintet, although I am unaware of such a version.

If you're looking for a composition for four string instruments and piano, shouldn't you look for piano quintets rather than concertos?
A concerto is for a solo instrument orchestra, whereas a piano quintet is for four string instruments and piano.
If I can persuade you to look for piano quintets, you can't do better than the two delightful quintets by Schubert.
