There might be some who get offended , but I have seen Jewish comedians make jokes about Jews and I never heard anyone complain about it.

Jews and Jewish people have been the butt of jokes for many years. Most American actors are Jewish and they themselves poke fun at who they are and what they do...perfect examples: Mel Brooks, Billy Crystal, Ben Stiller.
Jews have a great sense of humor. Unfortunately, some other religions you just cant poke fun at or maybe it's because they don't have a sense of humor.
