Sure he does. Hillary too, they believe that they "got r done". Now that would depend on what your definition of "good" is. Between his ego and Hillary's there is no way they could believe otherwise.

To be honest, I don't believe he thinks that way. His entire life has been devoted to on day becoming President. His own campaign manager is on record as saying, in frustration, that Bill Clinton has no core values at all. He just wants to be President.
Well, if your were around and paying attention to what he actually did as President, the way he behaved, that was obviously true. He had no agenda. He just loved the attention and trappings of being President.
He traveled all over the world with a huge entourage of family and friends. He was constantly silpping out of the White House at night for who knows what. (claims of playing night golf). In most respects he behaved more like a celebrity than a President.
Washington became a great party town. But when it came to actual work, most of the decisions he made were based soley on focus group poll numbers. For instance, the vast majority of Democrat constituents were strictly against Welfare reform. He even vetoed it a couple of times but the focus groups kept polling for reform. He signed it. His fellow Democrats were stunned.
While plenty of positive things happened under his watch, most of it was due to the hard work of the Republican Controlled Congress. Newt Gingrich and the great Conservative freshman of the House were a powerful force for change.
Bill went along for the ride on Welfare Reform, NAFTA, GATT and lots of other bills that the Democrats were strongly against. The Focus Groups he used were actually running the country!
His White House was the most sloppily run filled with political appointees that were not qualified and could not receive security clearances. He had them granted clearances anyway. When the First Lady walked down the hallways the employees and staff had to "clear the halls" and duck into the nearest office so as not to gaze upon her. She tried to force the Militay serving there to not wear their uniforms which she found offensive.
I'm telling you, the man was more of a rock star than a President. In fact it was only in the waning days of his administration that he even considered what his legacy would be.
A very charming and likeable man. He was mostly neither here nor there as a Leader.
-Merry Christmas!

I don't think their is anything that grown up boy doesn't think he's good at.
Well, maybe he was. He stayed out of the way of an economic ball that was set in motion by Regan and Bush Sr.. That's' the ONLY reason the economy was so good during his administration. In 1980 we were in a huge pit. His predecessors dug us out, and when the Berlin wall fell 1 Billion of new customers awaited breathlessly to buy American goods.
He also signed a bill (created by a REPUBLICAN led congress) called "The Family Leave Act" guaranteeing employees time off from work if they had a sick family member that needed their help. Welfare reform was spearheaded by House Majority Leader Newt Gingrich that Clinton takes so much credit for.
So, I take back my answer of NO. He was A good president, by staying out of the way of what the Republicans put together.
OOPS< I almost forgot he had Bin Laden in his sights several times. Fearing publican opinion (something our current president doesn't fear) he thought best not to kill him lest their be collateral damage of children being killed. Instead children were killed in NYC!
Look at me I'm a flip flopper NO he was a mediocre president at best.

Bill Clinton believes he is the sum of George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, and Franklin Roosevelt with a dash of JFK on the side. He even thinks he is more black than Obama.

That man most probably has a reprobate mind.
If that is indeed the case me might very well be delusional enough to believe in his own lies.
Wise council we have spoken with agree that it is highly likely that the ex president- Mr Clinton and his wife both may be in that advanced stage.
That could explain the delusions of grandeur they seem to manifest.
After all in that Utopian socialistic society SOMEONE has to rule and reign supreme over the masses.

Bill "Slick Willy" is rather delusional he doe's actually believe that he was a god like president, he thinks he is some kind of special person that can do things others just follow, he believes he should be allowed to hoard millions for himself like a conman, sexual harass women and its as if its a right for him.

Yes, this is called a matter of perspective.
He was poor on handling future threats, but the public did not demand it. Most of his 1992 proposal during his campaign did not came to fruit because 1994 the legislative branch of government has changed.

He may have been a bad husband but he was a very good president. Under Clinton the VA was restored to full funding, The military got their first pay rate increases in 10 years and the country was well thought of around the world. Under Bush we have become the "Bullies" of the world, the military is stretched to the breaking point, the VA is again underfunded.
Who is kidding who here? Clinton may not have been a great president but he was 100 times better than Bush.

Well, I think by definition, any President who gets re-elected might fall somewhere in the range of average to good at the very worst. At least historically two terms Presidents have a pretty good legacy. It's a real struggle for him, I'm sure, marred by impeachment, and he knows that will never go away and always be a huge asterisk for him. His legacy was important to him, I think he knows he blew it as far as having a very good legacy. But no President has a great legacy based on good economic times.

Evil always thinks they're doing right, and never question themselves. Only the good do that, and I haven't heard Clinton apoligize for Somalia, the USS Cole, or our embassy in Africa when Americans were killed and he did NOTHING.
