eggs in a basket....toast your bread ..then using a biscut cutter or a knife cut a hole in the bread then put it in the skillet then put an egg (yoke and white ..not the egg in its shell) in the center and cook it (like your cooking an over easy egg) right in the toast...its very good

I made toast from semolina bread and it was very good with butter on it, I don't drink......but I like toast and butter!
