i have a question. I'm a US citizen.
I lived in Mexico for 3 years and I had a girlfriend in
Mexico. She is mexican but she doesn't have papers
to cross into the USA. We have a baby together,
the baby was born in Mexico.
She says that she is going to make me pay child support.
How in the hell can she do that If I'm american and she is
mexican and the baby is mexican? Can she claim child
support from Mexico?

If you know the baby is yours for sure, why in the world would you not pay knowing where she and the baby are? Just start the payments now before they hit you with back child support. Then you will never catch up.

She could claim child support in Mexican court. Then, if you ever enter Mexico again, you will be arrested and forced to pay. For serious offenses, they could have you arrested in the US and extradited, but I doubt if they would do that for child support payments.

Whether you can be forced to pay depends on the laws and relations of Mexio and USA. But you certainly do have a moral obligation to pay child support for your child. Take some responsibility.
