I usually sleep at 11 pm and wake up at around 7am. So, 8 hours of sleep is quite a lot for me but refreshing. I can still function if I only get like 4-5 hours of sleep which is when I need to do my homework.

When I used to work at my old job I'd usually get a maximum of 5-6 hours a night which I found possible to function on with a lot of caffiene!

Nowadays I usually go to bed around 11-midnight, and get up to 9 hours which is probably too much but its when I natrually wake up.

I have always been a morning person so I crash hard at night! Sad but true. I am a woman who needs her sleep!!!

I go to bed between 9-11 each night and wake up between 6-8 daily so that is about 9 hours of sleep roughly.

I am sorry to say that I go to bed at 2 and get up at 11. This is very bad. Try to make it to bed for 10.30. This may sound all granny but you know, it works. This will help your body to get up at 6.30-7.00 and you will feel better. Try not to eat anything an hour before. Once you wake up the next day, you should feel amazingly better, alert and your brain can remember more because you were resting it. You will also find that any headaches you may have will go down significantly
