You sound like me. It seems to me it is just plain "I'm worn out syndrome". I know how it is to work long hours and never get much rest during the week. By the time the weekend gets here , I am ready for rest if it even comes then. Good luck and take care.

I wouldn't say that not wanting to go out makes you a depressed person. I also work long hours during the week and during the weekend I sleep or lounge in my pj's.

No, I just think you need some quiet time after a long week. Years ago I was a receptionist and after answering the phone all day, I'd get home and hated answering the phone. Just plain tired of talking to people.

You are not going to believe this but me and my co-worker were just discussing this very subject! both of us laid around doing virtually nothing this weekend. We agreed that perhaps a four day work week might solve the problem. I have several friends that work four days and this seems to make a huge difference in their lives.
