Why is eveyone wearing these cheap ugg boots?
they wear it with jeans, dress, anything they find

Harajuku, that's exactly why I don't care for them. Well, that and the price, but more so for the usage of leather and wool.
I think Ugg boots are disgusting. While I cannot tell a real from a fake (and do not care), it seems to me that I've seen girls and women wear them with anything from suits to microscopic skirts and shirts that barely cover anything. I couldn't figure out the point of wearing winter boots in the middle of summer, unless that's all the person owned. I think the fake ones were created, not only to have a more vegan version, but because some other designers/companies saw a trend that was just sucking up money from people who just have to have the it trend of the second. I kinda like the style though, as they do look warm and functional, as stated by somebody else. Maybe I'm an anomaly, but I prefer function and practicality and price over trends or what Hollywood, or some magazine with undersized women wearing clothing with oversized prices considers "cool". I already have boots that are dressy and casual enough to wear with both my pants suits, khakis and my jeans, so I do not "need" anything more.
What's so good about Uggs?

Well you need to feel the inside of the uggs. If they are soft then they are real oh and they have a tag on the back that says ugg australia if it does not say ugg australia then they are fake!!!

I love Ugg boots! (real ones)
They are so comfy and they look good if you dress them right.
I think people should take pride in what they wear.. thats why I went out and spent £140 on a pair of short brown ones.
They are my best buy yet.

The only reason why I feel that Uggs are horrible is because the Uggs company uses real sheep skin ("shearling"), but I guess they're okay if they're faux ones.. Alot of people like them for the fact that they're comfortable. Well thats what I heard anyway..

there WARM
and the ones i have have like this sneaker thing on the bottom so yeah they are good in snow and rain

I like these boots, they are really comfy and they keep my feet warm. I don't like normal black boots mainly because I think they look so boring.
I will agree that Ugg boots do look nasty in those strange colours though. The nastiest footwear in the world has to be Crocs.

& WOW, finally there is a popular shoe that is warm and conftable and won't leave you freezing to death.

I think they are nice. But when they started making fake ones (the cheap ones) all the "chavs" started wearing them and matching them with the MOST stupid things like track suits... it kinda downed the trend a bit. But I still think they are great to wear, they are comfortable, fashionable and look good with most outfits. And not all chavs wear them.. People with style wear them too.
