How can I take new ration card ?

My name is in my father's ration card now after my marriage i want to take new ration card with my wife's name what's the procedure for it.can it possible on same residential address.

Although some would argue that a purse is another method of taking it.
I don't carry a purse so I would take it in my pocket.
