There is nothing you can do about it now! It's gonna hit sooner or later. All you can do is be prepared, carry your purse, make sure you have T-paper and keep air freshener in your purse. You should be able to get to control it till you get to the bathroom, just tell the teacher in private, you're having diarrhea(not that you took laxatives) before class starts! If it's that bad you may need to stay home!!!!!

If not, don't panic because that will make things worse. Take baby wipes and air freshener into school and if it kicks in when you're in class just calmly put your hand up and ask to go to the loo.

best thing to do is stay at the house....you don't know when "the urge to purge" is going to hit you. been there, done that.
