Cooper is cute. I would go with something equally as non-standard for your daughter. Kayley has become incredibly popular, along will all form of Kayla and Mc-somethings. Maybe Regan, Taylor, or Andi (short for Andrea or something of your chosing). I also like Julia, Amelia, Cara (which means 'little friend'), Jamie, and Addison for a girl. Those are just some of my personal favs though. I think that Addison would be cute...and you could call her Addie.

Congrats! Hey, I've got a friend with sons called Cooper, Flynn and Mitchell!
I like Kaylee, but you could spell it a more traditional (Irish) way like Caeli (I think the 'proper' Irish way is something like 'Caelidh' - eep!).
I'm not sure what else to suggest, as everyone has different tastes! If it helps, the boys I know (mentioned above) have a cousin called Eva! (And a boy cousin called Cody)
Good luck!

These are some of my favourites, plus my daughter is named Alana Hope, My partner was picky and didn't like anything I chose, he thought they were too "out there". Put together a few combinations of names, maybe one will stand out for him, and sooner rather than later, lol
