Yes, they are delicious.
They contain 2 meat pattys, cheese, the "bread", and some other secret stuff (McDonald probably does not want to disclose these ingredients or people will make their burgers at home).

I've eaten a double cheeseburger but I didn't like it.
I LOVE my McDonalds cheeseburgers the best.
And I can eat 2.lol

Yes, i have, and i cant say i liked it. I dont like the dodgy meat in the fast food joints, and more than one patty is just an overload of the crap taste. Triples are grossest of them all, but i saw in the paper a few months ago some where was making like one with about 20 meat patties and cheese - ew

I had a double Quarter Pounder from McDonald's once...total meat overdose, I felt like crap afterwards. I only had one because the guy I was with dared me to, serves me right for caving to peer pressure lol
