If you could have only one of the three things for a week what would you take. So for instance if you say food, you can't sleep or have sex for a week, if you say sex you can't eat or sleep for a week and so on.

I gotta go with food. I rarely sleep as it is, so going without totally shouldn't be too hard. I don't have sex ~sigh~, so there is no problem there, so that only leaves food :)

Obviously food. You can easily go without sex. No sleep is possible but not recommended as you can start to hallucinate and lose mental capacity. But no food can lead to starvation, disease, and overall poor health of which recovery will be slow and harmful if not done correctly.
