Also when having sex do i have to stretch back my skin or what is it that i do?!

First, your foreskin is a bit tight and you may need to practice stretching it. When you take a shower, using warm water to promote stretching, retract your foreskin back as far as it will go without too much pain, and hold it for a few seconds, then release it back to normal. Do this several times. Keep on doing this when you shower, and the foreskin should be able to retract all the way back, and when you can do it easily out of the shower, you're gold. Run some water under the foreskin if need be to make it slick so it can help with the gliding. You'll also need to clean the white grime called smegma out from under the foreskin as well, and it can stink and probably won't taste so good if your girlfriend licks some of it. Also, unprotected sex is a bad idea unless you are married and are trying for children. You run the risk of getting the girl pregnant and of getting an STD, so use protection. To use a condom on an uncut penis, you'll have to retract your foreskin all the way, apply the condom like normal. Please do try to use some protection though, and if you're too embarrassed to buy condoms, well don't be, the stores have self checkouts and the clerks really don't care.

First, make sure you can retract (pull/stretch back) your foreskin all the way so the glans (penis head) can be fully exposed during an erection. If you have no problems doing this, then all you need during sex is probably a bit of lubricant and to go about it gentler.

Second, if you can't retract your foreskin, then you have a condition called phimosis, where the foreskin opening is too tight/narrow for you to be able to pull it back. In most cases this is fairly easy to "fix."

One thing you could try are stretching exercises. In one stretching exercise, take 2 fingers, hook a finger on each side of the foreskin, and gently pull in opposite directions (as if you're increasing its diameter) as far as possible without pain or discomfort. Stretch and hold for a few seconds, then relax for a few seconds, and then repeat the process again for a few minutes each day for a few weeks to a month. It's best to do this right after a bath/shower. For more stretching advice, see links 1, 2.

If after a month and there's little/no progress, then ask your doctor about certain creams that're supposed to help loosen the foreskin. In one study, these creams are the most cost-effective treatment a doctor can provide (link 3). Be aware that the cream(s) may take a while, but things go faster if you combine them with the stretching exercise.

In almost all cases of phimosis, the above treatments are all that's necessary. It's important that while you're loosening your foreskin that you avoid sex, as uncomfortable/painful stretching can make things worse. But in about a month, you should be good to go. Just remember to keep it clean under the foreskin and be gentle.

For more info, look at the remaining links, and good luck with whatever you try.

if you can't pull back your foreskin, then you most likely have phimosis. Especially if it's hurting you to have sex.

Depending on how old you are, phimosis can be really easy to get rid of, or really difficult.

Try some stretching exercises and get your foreskin used to being stretched out.

What helped me was using hydrocortisone 1% cream
brand name: cortizone 10.
(Yes, it's the anti-itch cream)
This is a topical steroid that will aid your stretching

Put this on three times a day, and do light stretching. Don't rub it in too much, rub it in a little and then let it sit on top and stay on your foreskin.

it shouldn't take any more than one month for this to completely work. If it doesn't, see a doctor.

Also,
You really shouldn't have unprotected sex, especially while you're a teenager.

As others have said, there isn't enough moisture there. You do not need lube, like some people have suggested - women do make the stuff perfectly well if you aren't trying to stick it in as soon as YOU are ready. At least 10 minutes of other stuff, but actually think about giving her a good time rather than 'is she wet enough now?' - that is no way to have sex!
I had only had sex a few times and the blokes skin tore - there was blood everywhere but he said it didn't hurt! It was really horrible and you don't want that happening. Do not listen to people who say get circimcised - it is not common practice in most countries, and the only bloke I knew who was 'cut' it was because he had caught it in a zip! So always wear pants.

Sometimes the foreskin can be 'too tight' and may need a little help surgically. However before you go worrying about it try doing some excerises yourself by gently pulling the foreskin down the shaft of the penis as far as it will comfortably go, and increasing the length every time. If all else fails its time to see your doctor

Wear a condom over the foreskin, in it's forward position, to stop it being forced back. Meanwhile start stretching. It will cure things much faster than recovery from a circumcision and let you keep your foreskin, all 15 square inches of unique erogenous tissue, for masturbation and sex.
See the link below for my detailed instructions on how to stretch.

she could run her tounge around the head of your penis under the foreskin, gently, before making love...or yes you could pull it back your self first so it doesnt hurt. You have to be gentle with this area, you can rip it even if your not.

uhm.. if your body isn't letting you have sex, it's probably a good sign that you shouldn't. and furthermore, you shouldn't be having unprotected sex. but since you probably will, it's because her body isn't providing enough lubrication. so go buy some. you don't have to stretch it back, it does it itself.

Maybe you should see a doctor, preferably a genitourologist.

There is a condition called Phimosis where the foreskin gets too tight. The usual cure is circumcision, I believe.
