You don't need a driver's license. You DO need proof of age, which can be a non-driver ID, a passport, a military ID, or whatever.

You can buy liquor with any picture ID not just a drivers license.All that is required is a picture -most people only have the drivers license as ID- And don't drink and drive the life you save could be you own
