I prefer to think that there will be no next random sensationalized shooting, but since I know this isn't a perfect world and that there more than likely will be a next random sensationalized shooting, I will continue to pray for us all, in that regard. God Bless.

All depends on the media and how desperate they are to try and overstate a news item. There are shootings, kidnappings, etc all the time. The one that get sensationalized is dependent on whether the reporter is able to play on the sympathies of the crowd.
