Thanks Col...I know what your talking about and it's not that.

They're like sparks; but they stay and move around...

Hey, great answers everyone...I had a health check done a few months ago - everything perfect (should stop smoking though) - and past year I started wearing glasses (an angel visited me when I was sitting at the optometrists to get an eye examination - I guess they wanted me to get em'!)...

Hmmm...I'm prone to low blood sugar? Or it could be nature spirits - I frequently listen to them...

An angel visited you at the optometrist? I'm sorry, but if you believe angels exist and that you can see them anything I tell you probably won't fit in your world view.

Nature spirits (elves, gnomes, and fairies). I thought I had some sort of health problems too a while back, but it was eventually my brother and husband that explained to me 'what' I was seeing. I still though maybe something was wrong with all of us until I was pregnant with my first girl. She can see things like her Dad and Uncle, and for whatever reason I wasn't seeing just sparks when I was with her. I called my Granny one day telling her I was going down to the ER, and she tells me, "You know...if a baby is born with certain 'gifts' than you'll have those same gifts during the pregnancy. You do understand that, right?"
To make a long story short, it was a VERY long nine months and three days. Very long. No I am back to just seeing the sparks. Sometimes.

That in my opinion can only be answered by the person seeing it. As above answers mention there is usually normal explanations for these. However if your eyes are okay and you are with several people who see an orb then you have something to talk about don't know if it is paranormal or not it may be mass hallucinations brought on by expectations. There are medical, optical, and psychological explanations for a lot of experiences. Rule out all normal, natural explanations first.

And when you do take a photo does what you see with your eyes appear in the photo?

Also, I agree that it is always a good idea to have regular (no less than once a year) and thorough eye exams as this can catch high blood sugar, glaucoma, cataracts, floaters, and other major medical concerns.
However, if what you see is able to be photographed then the biological explanation is ruled out.

This is one time I can't agree with Kelly.....it MIGHT be paranormal...but what if it's not? You need to get your eyes checked and also ask your family dr. about it. THEN you 'll know it's NOT physical and can think more along the paranormal line. I remember one time I was driving home from town and kept seeing colored circles. I thought it was from the stop lights..but I hadn't been through any..and didn't happen at the next ones. But it never happened again. You don't need to tell the drs. it might be orbs...they'll probably put you on their "goofy" list if you do.

I can tell you with a fairly high degree of confidence that what your experiencing is biological and not paranormal.
You might want to investigate these areas...are you getting enough sleep? Are you under a lot of stress? Could your blood pressure be up?
Another interesting item you might want to look into is sound. If a fan, heater, ventilation system, nearby construction site, or other noise makers that are close to the frequency to that harminates with your eyes, it can cause micro-vibrations on your eyes which would cause weird vision problems.

i see sparks of bright light often around in my home, where ever i seem to sit....but they dont move around, they just spark up.....i started seeing them in 2003 when i stayed for a little while with a friend...i never mentioned them to her, and the first night she stayed home with me, we were both sitting watching tv when a real big spark lit up right between us, we both jumped away from it at the same time.... then they occurred all night, i was so surprised she could see them to....( we kinda both freaked out actually)....i started seeing them daily, and when i moved out, she stopped seeing them, but i still do til this day.....please dont let anyone tell you your eyes need to be checked........and yes some people do see these orbs physically

Have you had your eyes checked? Sometimes blood escapes into the eye and reflects, refracts, or blocks light. It Can be seen by you and any eye doctor who examines your eyes, but no one else. You may also get the illusion of seeing orbs from watering eyes.

The one gal mentioned 'dancing lights".......I have heard of that once before when a gal and guy were in a sweat lodge with my husband and I.

I think I saw a few.........but was that post hypnotic .....anyway......we ended up going into the spirit with God speaking in an unknown language.....I almost started chanting and stopped myself......now I wish I would have let go...!

Were they really just reflections of the fire on my eyes?
