It must be easy to use, reliable and relatively inexpensive.
I'm worried that if my computer were to crash I wouldn't have any backup on many of the files I have created. Thank you for your assistance.

Why don't you get yourself one of the newer HUGE external drives. That way you can backup your entire computer and have easy access to your backups.
It's a heck of a lot faster than backing up online.
If you only want up to 4GB get yourself a flash pen.
