No.
The 620i , Si, SLi and GSi had Honda engines, as did all 618 and 623 models.
However the 620ti had a turbocharged version of the Rover T-series engine, also used in the 820 Vitesse, the 220 turbo and the 220 turbo coupé.
The diesel-engined versions used Rover's L-series engine.

It is easy to tell from under the bonnet which engine is fitted, as Honda engines turn in the opposite direction to most other engines, so are fitted with the engine to the left-side of the car, and the gearbox to the right. Rover-engined versions are the other way round. (Note, I've used left/right as viewed from behind the car, not as viewed from the front looking under the bonnet).

all of them did up til 1995. one million.4, one million.6 and a pair of.0. they're precisely the comparable engine merely with distinctive bores and piston strokes. post 1995 have been in many instances Rover engines, and have faith it or not, the Rover engine is the greater beneficial of the two. Honda offered the worst of their engines for Rover to apply.
