i used to but i found out the hard way that the money tree my grandparents had was just a fake tree!!! with money taped to it!!!
i wish it was real though because i have 5 kids who now thing money grows on trees, and they have a father, who pretends like it does!!

There is an island somewhere that uses beans as a form of currency. I saw it on a programme with Roy Castle years ago. So I don't know if it grows on trees, but for a few islanders it definitely grows on bushes.

of course it does.... money is made from paper and paper is made from wood and wood comes from trees...
money is only worth anything because we give it value as a society and say that it's worth more than paper.
Society creates money but the paper it's printed on grows on trees.

Unfortunately, in the real world, money only grows in investments. You have to have more money than supports your basic means to invest. Therefore, I never grow any money :-(
