Yes, I think Americans are snobby, not all of Americans are snobby but because they have said a lot about us Canadian, I am not to happy. I here a lot of stuff come for the Americans about us, all we ever do is help the Americans with everything, but yet we get **** on all the time from Americans. It is not nice, I think that might be the same problem that others have with Americans. You don't have to do anything to get someone from the USA to hate you, they just do. PLUS Americans want to own the world or something, always wanting war, war, war, fight, fight, fight. A lot of people don't like that.(NOW, this what I know about Americans and what kind of name Americans have made for their self. I don't think everyone is like that in the USA. I have friends to in the USA and they are nice to me. lol they tell me what the other Americans say about us.)

No. The rest of the world just thinks that Americans are boorish and ignorant. :)
This is probably because Americans don't really seem to know anything about other countries or cultures when we see them represented on syndicated television shows in other countries.
I think there are a lot of ignorant bogans in America, just like there are a lot of ignorant bogans in Australia, but because we see them on television saying ridiculous things and holding stupidly unfounded beliefs, we generalise and paint all Americans with the same brush, when obviously there are many articulate, educated and intelligent Americans, who just don't manage to make the 6 o'clock news. Probably because they are doing something a lot more intelligent that doesn't involve violent crime, which we see a lot of on our news broadcasts.
I like Americans. I don't think they are snobby. I think they should adopt the metric system and change their spelling back to English standard spelling (Mum for Mom, Grey for Gray) but that's just because those things work for me.

No in the sense that we are very egalitarian and refuse to believe that anyone is better than anyone else.
Yes, in the sense that we don't really care for the events that occur outside our nation. But can you blame us? Everytime I go to another country they always complain about American foreign policy. Face it, we are the cultural and political center of the world.
