Mesprit, Uxie and Azelf are all at the 3 lakes. Mesprit will run away and you'll have to find her in the wild (Like the 3 dogs from GSC or Latios/Latias from Ru/Sa/Em)
Rotom is in Eterna Foret's Haunted Mansion once you beat the Elite 4. He's Level 15 so make sure you have something low enough.
Also keep in mind you only have 1 shot at catching these so save before attempting.

easy,super rod is when u get national pokedex u r about 2 go through route 225, u ll see a fisher man talk to him and u ll get a s rod.
after beating team galaxy and catching dialga/palkia u got to a place that is like blue slime wen u fly than go there, that sighn stand for lake side,

super rod is on battle island.as for the 3 Ledgendry's try the lakes.rotom is in the hunted mansion in eternia forest(use cut.)
