I dropped my Helio Ocean from about 4 feet and now it's stuck open. Both side won't close and I heard a ping when I tried to close it. I think the triangle spring broke. Anyone know how to fix this? Anyone know how to open the phone?

Fixed it... after not finding a way to fix it online I played around with it. With both sides in the open position take a small screwdriver or object to push the spring as far down as possible. Then try to close the phone as far as it will go. Give it a good smack to close it. You will hear a ping and it now closes. Figured if a smack broke it, a smack would fix the spring.

Good for you Jon, might want to look at getting the extra coverage if you don't already have it. Your not the only person that has posted the double open dropped phone. Some did get it back by simply smacking it as you did, and others had to send it back to helio for repairs.

With admire I might desire to declare neither. Ridiculous. before everything Helios and sidekicks are high priced and why get a telephone your no longer likely to hire to its complete skill slightly poser-ish The Sidekick can't be unlocked! and in case you at the instant are not on t-cellular you may't acquire video games. This telephone is on lock down completely for T-cellular service, no longer hackable or unlockable. in simple terms get a telephone from At&t and make your existence much less perplexing. get the lean, motoQ, Pantech Duo or blackjack those all have complete keyboards.
