If you want to go to Alabama, the minimum age allowed is 15. But since he's already married, you might want to try Utah.. they allow Polygamy (multiple wives) there.

You have to go before a judge in America...and it's up to them to decide, or if you give birth and become emancipated at that age then your allowed to do anything a legal adult could do.
